I’ve owned the P&L, built the teams, and deployed the technology. I’ve built digital commerce operations from zero to scale three times — across EMEA, APAC, and globally — managing $1.5B in revenue across multiple brands and 30+ countries. When I tell you what’s going to break, it’s because I’ve broken it.

Most of the gap in digital transformation lives at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer experience, and technology. That intersection is where I work. I’m equally comfortable with a CFO, a CTO, or a team of engineers — and I know how to translate between them.

Through DM Advisory, I help brands integrate AI into their CX, merchandising, and creative operations — and build the organizational structures that make the work durable. Not a technology overlay. A structural change designed to compound over time.

My background as an IT Director before moving into commercial leadership gives me a technical foundation most operators don’t have. It means I can challenge the roadmap, not just sponsor it.
